Please choose carefully as by law you are not entitled to a refund simply because you change your mind or make an incorrect choice.
You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased:
- are defective (the defect not being caused by you)
- do not mathc the description or sample provided by us
- do not do what they are supposed to or what we said they would
We are happy to exchange, credit or repair the goods provided that:
- The garment labels are still attached.
- The garment wasn't on sale (as we will may not be able to exchange it for another size).
- The garment has not been worn.
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled (smoke free environment, doesn't smell like deoderant or purfumes)
- The garment has not been altered by you in anyway
- The returned garment/s is/are accompanied with the original receipt (see below if it was a gift)
- The garment is returned within 21 days of docket date.
- Isn't 2 piece set which has matching briefs, boyleg, or g-string,
- Isn't hosiery, self adhesive bras or an accessory.
Please contact us before returning your purchase for exchage/credit so we can put aside or order the required size (if possible).
Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We do not credit postage costs.
We cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us, and for this reason suggest that you use a signed for delivery method, such as Registered Post through Australia post cost $2.60 on top of the postage costs.
We do offer to pay the cost of registered post for the first replacement garment.
